Juhan Aguraiuja appointed SVP, Baltics in Adven/Värmevärden Group
Juhan Aguraiuja, M.Sc (Thermal Power Engineering) is appointed SVP, Baltics in Adven/Värmevärden Group and he will start in his new position on 1st of February 2022. Juhan has an extensive background in the energy field and to Adven/Värmevärden Group he comes from Danpower Eesti AS.
In his current role as the CEO of Danpower Eesti AS – the company where Juhan has worked during the past nine years, he is responsible for the general management of the company as well as technology and business development. Previously, he held the position of a CTO (Technical Manager) in the company and he also has years of experience in development projects management.

Juhan will join Adven/Värmevärden February 1st, 2022 and during his first weeks he will focus in getting to know his new colleagues in the Baltics and elsewhere in addition to visiting our sites and meeting our customers.
