Adven strives for large-scale sustainable impact, and we want to be a part of paving the way for a better tomorrow for future generations. Therefore, we participate in different sponsorship collaborations that support children and young people. By supporting associations or sport clubs we contribute to the local societies in which we operate. We do so by increasing the opportunities to experience a richer leisure time.

For Adven, it is important to give back to society by continuing to develop the local societies that we are part of. We believe that the best way to do this is to contribute to a sustainable future for children and young people. We want our sponsorship to increase the opportunity for them to experience a richer leisure time. We do this by supporting events or initiatives in the areas of sports, health, and culture.

“Sponsorships are as valuable to us as they are for the local society. By sponsoring activities in our local societies, we want to contribute to a healthier, safer, and more sustainable society” says Mia Sipilä-Heikura, SVP Marketing & Communications.

During 2023 we have sponsored over 20 associations and sport clubs – bringing energy to thousands of children or young people.

Important support for associations and sport clubs

Many local associations and sport clubs depend on the sponsorships that they receive from companies and municipalities. With the support from us they can arrange competitions or let memberships be free of charge. In Timrå, Sweden, our support makes it possible for the local ice hockey club Timrå IK to work for more togetherness, inclusion, and physical activity. Their work with “Teamsters” has won several awards in 2023.

We sponsor teams such as Hudik Hockey, Leksand Golfclub, Strands IF handball and Vaxholm football club. In Avesta, Sweden, the orientation club arranges a children’s race every year where the youngest runner isn’t much older than a year. From time to time, that also means that carrying aid is required during the race. Regardless of level – we will always be proud sponsors and cheer for our young athletes.
