Mikael Kramer, Chairman
Member of the Board since 2020. Mikael was the Head of Mergers, Acquisitions and New markets at Vattenfall AB for more than 15 years and has worked in venture capital and banking prior to Vattenfall. His career has covered over SEK 350bn in energy transactions throughout the whole value chain in 10 countries in the Northwest European markets.
Member of the Board since 2020. Anne is a long-term family business owner and chairman of the board. She has also served on several boards in Finland and Sweden in the fields of mechanical wood industry, communication, as well as for one of the major mutual pension funds. Anne has also co-founded and chaired the foundation for the New Children’s Hospital. Anne serves today on the board of SEB in Sweden, Avesco and CVVC (venture capital for blockchain) in Switzerland, as well as NGOs within the field of healthcare. During 2015-2019, Anne was a Member of Parliament in Finland and Minister for Transport and Communications.
Member of the Board since 2020. Anders Dahl has long experience in the energy sector mainly in the field of power generation and district heating in different leading positions in the areas of construction, project development and operation in countries in North West Europe. Anders is currently the Chairman of Charge Amps. His previous employment was with Vattenfall, for 13 years, as Deputy Head of the Nordic operations and as VP/ Head of Business Division Distribution & Sales containing all heat, distribution and sales within the company. Prior to this, he was VP/Head of Business Division Wind, responsible for all on- and offshore wind projects and wind power generation from more or less zero to its number two position in offshore wind. In addition to Anders’ business and management experiences, he has a solid technical record as operations and plant manager in different CHP plants (Combined Heat and Power) in Sweden and as Production Director of CHP plants in Warsaw, Poland.
Member of the Board since 2020. Ingela is an architect and has worked and started her career in a number of architecture companies. The major part of her career she has worked at the City of Stockholm in many different positions and, during 2014-2018, she was the City Director (Stadsdirektör). She is currently working as advisor and board member in the real estate sector and is the chairman of the Swedish Property Federation. Since 2017, she is a Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). She was previously a board member at Stockholm Exergi.
Member of Board since 2020. Åsa is currently the CFO of Bravida, an end-to-end servicing and installation provider in the Nordics, and has been in this role since May 2019. She was previously the CFO of Svevia, Sweden’s fourth largest civil engineering company. Prior to Svevia, Asa was the Head of Business Control for Vattenfall Business Services. She also served as the Head of Finance for Vattenfall for the Nordic Heat division and spent over 12 years in various positions within the Trading division of Vattenfall, including serving as the Head of Nordic Trading. Åsa has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Goteborg University
Mark A. Walters
Member of Board since 2020. Mark is an investment principal within the Infrastructure Investments Group of J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternative business, based in London. He is primarily responsible for leading the Group’s investment and asset management activity across the European utilities sector having joined the firm in 2009. Mark has previously held board positions at Electricity North West, Southern Water Services and Zephyr Investments Limited, the predecessor organisation of Ventient Energy. As a current non-exec board member of the Värmevärden and Ventient Energy, Mark is responsible for providing ongoing strategic guidance and support to the organisations and their executives. Prior to his current role, Mark spent time working with Macquarie Capital’s European Advisory team having started his career at Arthur Andersen, practicing as a chartered accountant. Mark holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester in England and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Member of Board since 2020. Hans-Peter currently sits as Head of the Supervisory Board at Kiwigrid (since July 2017), as Head of Supervisory Board of Home Power Solutions (since January 2016) and as Member of the Supervisory Board of Solarwatt (since January 2013). Hans-Peter served as the Chairman of the Executive Board, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Management of EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG since October 1, 2007 until September 30, 2012. Hans-Peter also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of E.ON Sweden AB from 2006 to 2007. He served as General Manager of Städtische Werke Magdeburg GmbH from 1993 to 1999. He served in key positions at E.ON Westfalen Weser AG, Paderborn from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Villis served as the Chief Executive Officer of Elektrizitätswerk Wesertal GmbH, Hameln from September 2003 to June 2006 and served as its General Manager from January to September 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at E.ON Nordic AB in Sweden since June 2006. He has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at E.ON Nordic AB in Sweden since June 2006.
