NPS of 44 and top results for Adven in customer survey
Nearly 80 percent score in the latest customer satisfaction survey. That’s a result most sales directors would be celebrating boldly, but Adven’s Henrik Johansson-Casimiro rather goes for further improvements:
– It is a really good result, but to me the point is the tool that comes with the survey. Now we can see exactly what we need to further sharpen in terms of our services – and where.
No, it’s not an ungrateful SVP Industrial Energy Solutions who speaks. Henrik is both happy and grateful for the customers very generous feedback in Adven’s latest Customer Satisfaction Survey. It was conducted within the industrial energy and large real-estate customer segments in Sweden, Finland and Estonia in the end of 2022.
More than 90 % of the customers agree on “Adven having the know-how, the expertise and the experience they need in an energy partner”. Almost 90 % also say that Adven helps them improve in terms of sustainability and that their partnership with Adven is based on a long-term perspective.
These high scores are naturally an appreciated reading to the nearly 600 coworkers of Adven, but what really gets Henrik Johansson-Casimiro going, is actually this surveys version of highly developed analyses tools.

NPS score of 44
A glance on the maybe most usual measurement on customer satisfaction, NPS (Net Promotor Score) also reveals very high scores. Customers were asked about the likelihood of them recommending Adven to others, using a scale from 0 to 10. More than half of them answered 9-10 on that scale, which totals as an NPS score of 44.
The strengths that customers specifically appreciate with Adven is its reliability when it comes to energy supply as well as the service attitude of the personnel, their expertise and availability. Many customers also regards Advens providing of energy efficiency and saving, the industrial water solutions and noticeably reduced emissions as appreciated effects of the cooperation.
