At Adven, we believe that true progress in the energy sector is driven by people. Curious, capable, and visionary young minds who are not afraid to ask questions play a key role in shaping the future. That’s why, for the third year in a row, we are proud to support talented students through the Adven Sustainable Energy Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded in cooperation with the TalTech Development Fund.

Pavel Morozyuk receives Adven’s scholarship

We’re proud to recognize Pavel Morozyuk as this year’s scholarship recipient.

The scholarship was established to highlight the importance of thermal energy as a key and developing field, and to inspire students to pursue this promising area of study. As the role of energy in our world continues to grow, so does the need for future-oriented expertise and innovation.

Over the past two years, the scholarship has brought talented students to Adven as interns, and one has since joined our team full-time. We see the program not only as a way to support students, but also as a way to highlight the increasing importance of thermal energy and the energy sector as a whole.

“Thermal energy has developed rapidly in recent years. We are seeing a strong shift toward renewable sources, but the next step is about smarter system integration and efficient use of excess heat,” explains Raivo Melsas, Head of Adven in Estonia. “This is a field where innovation and technical creativity go hand in hand, offering young professionals real opportunities to make a difference.”

“We’re looking for engineers who understand today’s energy challenges and can also see the broader context. People who combine knowledge from different fields and bring new ways of thinking,” Melsas adds. “In today’s energy landscape, versatility and and the ability to think across disciplines are clear strengths.”

Today the Adven scholarship is part of a larger effort to support future energy professionals, raise awareness of the energy sector and show that the shift toward new energy solutions is already underway.
