We are Adven’s sales and concept development team

Adven sells sustainable energy and water solutions as a service for industries and real estate. There are not often ready-made solutions to customers’ challenges, so we build the solutions together with them, based on their specific situation. Our job is to find a value-creating solution for the customer with the help of the entire Adven organisation.

Adven’s customer base is diverse, and the solutions can be applied across a wide array of industries and real-estate. The solutions involve investments often up to tens of millions of euros. The concept development in charge of technical concept works closely with us throughout the sales projects that typically last from one to several years. Solution selling requires patience and it takes a real team play to get the puzzle together.

Adven’s sales comprise sales directors, sales managers, and sales engineers. Sales engineers start with smaller cases and move on to more demanding ones. As experience builds up, the level of responsibility also increases. If catching big fish is what fires you up, this might the right team for you!

Concepts development of tailored energy and water solutions

Developing concepts for tailored energy and water solutions is one of Adven’s three strategic capabilities. Our concept development works together with the customer to find the best possible solutions for their situation: we seek to understand the customer’s processes, find operational bottlenecks, identify the best technology for each case and create an overall concept that serves the customer’s needs. We share information with each other and always aim in developing things further.

Concept development consists of Energy, Water, and Processing solutions teams. The Energy solutions team focuses on boiler solutions, heat pumps, cold production, and electricity production. The core competence of the Water solutions team includes water and wastewater treatment, as well as biogas production, while the Processing solutions team focuses on evaporation solutions and the technologies used in projects. We are not bound to a particular technology, which gives us the freedom to consider the best possible option for each specific case.

Concept developers continuously interact with the sales and constantly build their competence. We work in all of the countries where Adven operates, and nevertheless we form a tight-knit team. For instance, a developer based in a neighbouring country may work on a project that is being implemented in another country. We also collaborate closely with project managers and the operational organisation.
